We are dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service to every client. We understand that schedules can shift, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while protecting the time and resources dedicated to your project.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In order to manage our studio schedule effectively, we require a minimum of five (5) business days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Notice of 5+ Business Days: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. For cancellations, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the retail value of any digital products or materials already delivered to you.
Notice of Less Than 5 Business Days: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this window are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is calculated based on the total service amount, excluding the cost of delivered digital products.
Administrative Cancellation: Failure to submit required surveys, photographs, or essential project information at least five (5) business days prior to your date will result in an automatic cancellation and the 50% fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following conditions:
Services were not delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, provided the delay was not caused by a lack of client communication or incomplete materials.
A cancellation was requested with more than five (5) business days' notice before any work commenced.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
Services that have been completed and delivered in full.
Cancellations occurring within three (3) business days of the agreed-upon delivery date.
Events or delays beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or force majeure events.
We do not offer refunds for any Digital Products, Courses, or Educational Programs once access has been granted.
4. The Refund Process
To initiate a request, please contact us at hellotisam@gmail.com with your name, order date, and a detailed reason for the request.
Review: We will notify you of the status of your request within five (5) business days.
Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Policy Discretion
We recognize that true emergencies occur. Tisam reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in waiving fees for unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. We also reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the current terms posted here.
